VP Branch Manager Patti Murray's Quick Action Saves the Day

Not all heroes wear capes...

Last week, Patti Murray, who serves as VP and Branch Manager of State Bank Northwest's Northpointe branch, took quick action and saved the bank big money!

A customer contacted Patti regarding a forged check that cleared their account.  Patti alerted the credit union that accepted the forged check.  They were able to return the funds to us. 

We awarded Patti with a WOW certificate to acknowledge her efforts and our appreciation!
